Classroom Supervisor Assistant

Position Overview:
The Classroom Supervisor Assistant plays a key support role in maintaining smooth daily operations across classrooms. This position requires someone who can adapt quickly, build positive relationships with staff and students, and step in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between classrooms to support teachers and staff
• Step in as a substitute during teacher absences
• Assist with scheduling and daily classroom coordination
• Support implementation of curriculum and developmental goals
• Help maintain a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior daycare or early childhood experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and responsive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for working with children and supporting educational growth
