Chief Operating Officer
Kidspiration Pediatric Therapy Services Mountain Home is an EIDT facility serving the Twin Lakes community providing therapy services in Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy in a day habilitation preschool setting. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations across two locations with multiple departments. The COO will work closely with the company owners to ensure smooth and efficient operations, high-quality client care, and strong team collaboration.
Starting Salary: $70,000+ (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily operations across two locations and multiple departments
● Directly supervise department heads, including ABA and Behavioral Health leadership,
therapists, and clinic directors
● Implement efficient systems for communication, reporting, and accountability
● Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
● Support staff development and performance management
● Track operational data and outcomes; prepare reports for ownership
● Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
● Collaborate with leadership to drive company growth and operational excellence
● Support or manage credentialing, prior authorizations, and other administrative processes
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in operations or management, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health,
or related fields
● Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable working with a variety of
professionals
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new computer software
● Familiarity with credentialing and prior authorization processes preferred
● Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree or higher preferred)
