Office Assistant
Our ABA department is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy supporting others, keeping things running smoothly, and working in a positive, child-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
- Provide administrative support to ABA staff, supervisors, and BCBAs
Greet clients and families; maintain a welcoming front office environment
Manage scheduling, cancellations, and daily attendance
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with documentation
Organize client files and maintain required paperwork
Assist with data entry, billing support, and other office tasks as assigned
Help ensure smooth daily operations for the ABA team
Requirements:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Experience in a healthcare, therapy, or ABA setting is a plus but not required
