Classroom Supervisor/ECDS
Kidspiration Pediatric Therapy Services Mountain Home is an EIDT facility serving the Twin Lakes community providing therapy services in Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy in a day habilitation preschool setting. We are seeking a reliable, motivated Classroom Supervisor to join our team. The Classroom Supervisor ensures a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children while supporting teachers and maintaining classroom structure.
Starting Pay: $15/hour (Higher pay available based on education and experience)
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Location: Mountain Home location
Requirements:
Experience in daycare, early childhood education, or management required
Must pass background checks and meet state childcare licensing standards
Higher Pay Qualifications:
Applicants may qualify for higher pay with a bachelor’s degree plus one (1) of the following:
a. Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education Certificate;
b. Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate;
c. Birth to Pre-K Credential; or
d. Documented experience working with children with special needs and twelve (12) completed college credit hours in one or more of the following areas:
Early Childhood
Child Development
Special Education
Elementary Education
Child and Family Studies
*Responsibilities Include:
Supervising and supporting classroom staff and children
Ensuring compliance with safety and program policies
Promoting positive behavior and engagement among children
Communicating effectively with families and team members
